I’ve been providing private tutoring for GCSE, A-Level and BTEC music courses in North West London since 2008. As such I feel I’ve learnt a lot about the requirements for each course as well as the areas in which the delivery of the information can sometimes be lacking.
Frankly it astounds me how often I encounter students who’ve been given poor information with little context and expected to figure the rest out for themselves.
If you’re a guitarist or bassist I can help you prepare suitable material for the performance elements of the courses. I can also help in clarifying the music theory and aural elements of these courses, understanding the analysis modules and aiding in the composition elements. I can provide complete instruction in the music technology modules of the course from the ground-up using your choice of Cubase or Logic Pro.
If you or your child are looking for a helping hand with coursework or just a deeper understanding of the material being presented, please drop me an email to discuss private tuition sessions: firstname.lastname@example.org

Qualifications and Other Information
I hold a BMus Degree in Popular Music Performance on which I specialised in modern guitar styles, as well as a Level 6 Licentiate Diploma in Music Teaching. I also have an up-to-date full-disclosure DBS certificate and have completed an NSPCC Child Protection and Welfare certificate course; all are viewable on request. I can provide references if you’re a parent who’d like to speak to other parents about their child’s experiences learning with me prior to booking lessons.
